The Elder Scrolls VI: Skyrim 2:A collection of new hyped up rumors
There's no question that "The Elder Scrolls VI" is one of the most hyped-about games in Bethesda's backyard, next only to the "Fallout" franchise. That being said, there are a lot of hype that is just downright unbelievable coming out about the game.
This piece coming from a Pop Herald article titled "Skyrim 2" gives false hopes to people about the game; there's no assurance that the game will indeed be a direct sequel to "Skyrim" or if it will be set in some other place. However, one thing that there is news about is another Bethesda-produced mobile game, "The Elder Scrolls Legends."
It would be interesting to see how Bethesda aims to go about this. There are a lot of other medieval type trading card games available on the mobile phone market now, with "Hearthstone" being the Alpha Dog. Bethesda, in the article, is quick to move with the game being free-to-play; giving people less to worry about.
Property management has always been a touchy subject within Bethesda games, at best. However, "Fallout 4" has proven to be a pleasant surprise, with the game giving the player more than just a home-the game has a settlement system where the player/wanderer gets a hand at being an Overseer.
Perhaps this is one area they could improve upon in "The Elder Scrolls VI." With the system in Skyrim being what it is-not Bethesda's best attempt at property management, for sure-the developer could do for "The Elder Scrolls VI" what they've just done in "Fallout 4."
If they do manage to improve things to a next-gen luster and even ship out an above average TCG on mobile, then it's safe to say that 2016 will be kind to Bethesda.
